TUDOR COTTAGE SUITE - Sweet 5 Star Reviews!!!

A special place - a delightful time. In the heart of it ALL!!! Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field or the UofO. We are next door to Autzen Stadium -see the scoreboard from our front door! Entire living space is 800 sq. ft. PLUS over 400 sq. ft. of Entertainment Room/redesigned garage - see below.

Your Home space is YOUR Place...Keyless entry - private - secure. Your Home space is not in the Main home but attached-separate from it.

SUITE - Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2

Bedroom #1 comfortably sleep up to 4 on two King beds. Suite Includes: Walk-in wardrobe closet, Dining table, cable Large screen TV, fireplace, Room looks out 2 large French doors to the Gazebos and Fire-tables and yard., as well as out the front of the home. It is possible to add one Twin bed to this room however, it does become cozy:)

Bedroom #2 comfortably sleep up to 4 on two Queen beds. This room is accessed via your own private door to the bedroom from Suite #1. This room has additional large sliding glass doors and large windows to the same outside areas as room #1.

There is an additional $25.00 per person / per night - beginning with person- #7 and #8 [infants under 2, excluded - meaning no additional Fee]

Your Private Secure Living areas for both rooms includes:
Hotel Style Kitchenette with Refrigerator. Toaster, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, Full Kitchen sink. Drip Coffee Pot, Instant Hot Water Pot, all the table setting and utensils. There is also a full marble Ensuite with 2 sinks, marble shower and counters. All Linens and soaps are supplied. Keypad for Keyless Entry

The home has:
Rinnai -Gas endless hot water heater, Super High Efficiency Gas furnace/Air Cond, REMY whole house Air purification system, Security system, gated, covered parking and Private keyless entry into Bedroom #1 from which you can access Bedroom #2. If you need space for 9th person a Twin bed can be assembled upon request - fits in Bedroom #1 - although this becomes cozy:)

Use of FULL KITCHEN in the MAIN home
The main Full Kitchen in the Main home MAY be requested. PLEASE ASK to coordinate use with the Owner. We live in a separate private area and sometimes use the Kitchen when we do not eat out:). However, we are happy to allow use of Main Kitchen if requested.

FINALLY- ENTERTAINMENT
Outside - the French doors of Suite #1 room and out the Sliding Glass doors of Room #2 are the covered Gazebos' and Fire Pit/tables, area to invite guests, access to the Backyard has additional NEW 400s q.ft. of Turf lawn area.
- ALSO, 450'ft Game/Exercise room. Pool Table, leather furniture, Bar, 55" Flat screen, treadmill, weights, misc exercise equip., Darts, Bocci Ball, Corn Hole game, Frisbee Golf and more.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and they even shared great recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the Eugene area. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and warm—everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for attending events at Autzen Stadium. It was an easy 10-minute walk, which made our trip so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Duck Graduation

With the difficulty of finding a hotel for 2025 UO graduation a year ago we stumbled across this VRBO property. Needless to say it was much better than staying in any hotel, especially with 5 adults. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping space and the outdoor area was a perfect spot to hangout after long days on campus or running around town. We were even able to have other friends over to enjoy the outdoor area with some takeout & a few adult beverages. The owners are on property, but not intrusive. They are very hospitable and even were able to accommodate an early check-in. Wish we had known about this spot over the 4 years coming to Eugene to visit our son and highly recommend this beautiful cottage property.

Wonderful Football Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tudor Cottage Suite. It was perfect for our family, kiddos and grandparents included. We loved the cozy indoor space and great outdoor space. Quick walk to the stadium so we didn’t have to worry about parking. And Michael and Julie were so kind and helpful! We hope to make this an annual trip!

Amazing property, excellent hosts

This is probably the best rental I've ever experienced. The owners were communicative from the beginning, and that extended to ample signage with all the information we might need once on the property. Add to that amazing amenities, both inside the unit and out. It's definitely made for fun, with entertainment and social options (perfect if you're in Eugene for sportsing or celebrating), and it's comfortable, with four large beds easily sleeping 8, a kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee makers, electric kettle, and more. They even included some snacks and beverages. Did I mention the house is beautiful, too? Michael and Julie were incredibly nice and very personable. We will absolutely plan to stay again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this property and these hosts.

The Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! Can't say enough great things about The Cottage, and the owners, Michael and Julie! The welcome signs upon first arriving at The Cottage were such a treat and indicative of the attention to detail throughout the experience. The space is super clean, takes you to the English countryside with tasteful decor and gorgeous gardens, very comfortable beds and is well stocked (note: the kitchen does indeed have a sink so no running to the bathroom for water per a former review). It was the perfect home base for our weekend to love on our freshman Duck. We felt well loved and taken care of by the hosts, Michael, Julie and sweet Bella! Thank you so much, and we look forward to visiting again sometime in the future!

Game Day Stay

We had a great stay for the Civil War Game. It was a bit chilly, given it was over Thanksgiving, and I think it would be an even better place during warm weather. However, despite the temp, the hosts kept everything warm and cozy for us. The game room was a hit for our group who were "tailgating" and the outdoor fireplace spots were great. The hosts could not have been better. They were amazing.

Property location is awesome if you have anything going on at University of Oregon Campus or Autzen stadium. Walking distance to stadium is about 7-10 min. everything needed is close by (restaurants, coffee, etc). Hosts are VERY friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Hospitality

My biggest complaint on VRBO are properties with so many rules you feel like walking on egg shells while there. This is not the case with this propert. Michael and Julie are wonderful at making you feel at home. That the place you are renting is yours to use freely. There are not rules and restrictions posted every where. They want you there, they want you to enjoy your stay. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and fun things like a pool table. We were able to walk to campus. We will be back. They are truly lovely people who make it fun to stay at a VRBO.

Great Place to Stay in Eugene

My wife and I spent 8 nights here and found the place to be spacious and attractive. We wanted the second bedroom in case out grandchildren wanted to spend some nights with us. The kitchenette is small but adequate for light food preparation. The bathroom was spotless and had a double sink. Plenty of towels! Michael is very attentive and helpful. The property is well located near Autzen Stadium and easy to find. The back yard is very nicely done, and there is lots of outdoor seating. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay in every respect and recommend it highly!

Gem in Eugene

This was probably the nicest Vrbo/Airbnb experience we've had so far. Michael and Julie are people you enjoy chatting with, but they also give you privacy while remaining available. They're so friendly, we looked forward to talking with them. It felt like home, they felt like family. The space was spotless, the floors were clean and inviting. For reference, my wife never walks barefoot in most homes or hotels, but these floors were so clean she felt comfortable to do so. The kitchenette was stocked with essentials to prepare meals and snacks. Plenty of storage throughout to organize belongings and hang clothes. Crisp and fluffy white towels. The patio is a sanctuary for hanging out with friends and relaxing. We had several friends visit with us before a football game and they had patio space to spread out and enjoy the various seating and games. The kids really enjoyed the frisbee golf set up too. Home is in a nice, quiet area we didn't need to use our white noise system. Beds slept great. Ample bedding and pillows to adjust per comfort. Would happily stay again!! Thank you Michael and Julie for your true hospitality and kindness!

Unusual but clean and convenient stay!

We came for a girls volleyball tournament weekend. The location is great. Best of all, we had the team and parents over one evening and it was great- many VRBOs forbid parties/events. It’s a bit unusual in that you’ve got a main room with 3 beds, a bathroom, and a pantry with fridge , microwave, toaster, blender, etc. but no sink (you have to get water from the bathroom sink). So it’s not a place to cook really, but fine for breakfast or simple food. Everything is clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts were very helpful and gracious, and even offered to let us use their kitchen if we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hosts and place to stay; walking distance to Autzen Stadium

What a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were amazing. The check-in process was easy and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 6. We used both sleeping spaces and the beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were great (shower was amazing), and the "mancave" with the pool table, TV, and lounging area was a hit. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back (hopefully in the warmer weather, when we can enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces)! An added bonus, we were able to walk to the Ducks game at Autzen Stadium -- less than 10 minutes.

Family reunion in football game!

We had the best stay! It was perfect for or group. We had a small family reunion and one of our family members was the honorary captain for football game, so the proximity to the stadium was perfect for all the coming and going and activities we had. The house and outdoor area was lovely, immaculate and perfect for our family gathering with adults snd kids! The best part was our special hosts, They were so hospitable and engaging, . and they treated us like family. We will definitely come back!

Perfection!

Michael and Julie were the most wonderful hosts I have ever encountered. Their hospitality is unmatched and so is their home. The back yard is dreamy and perfect for gathering and visiting. The rooms are SO so charming, clean and comfortable and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect for anything in Eugene and the neighborhood is fairytale beautiful. This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in with some of the best people!
