I wouldnât hesitate booking this cottage again, it was absolutely delightful. The owner Colin was welcoming and gave a lovely intro to the cottage. Itâs so peaceful, surrounded by farmland and the common. We had young children with us and they loved playing games in the garden, and theyâre keen foragers and ate blackberries, apples and plums from the surrounding land and orchard for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was very comfortable, especially the chairs in the living room. We had a fab time. The cottage is wonderfully quirky with wonky ceilings, walls and floors. This wasnât a problem for us although there are some low beams so watch out. Despite having two people over 6ft who did bang their heads on the first day, we soon learned and it wouldnât put us off booking again. Thank you Colin!
