The property is older and very much due for renovation. Hopefully, the management will consider that to keep up with the current trend ie: the carpet flooring has to go and replace them with glue down vinyl planks and repaint the room with new modern colors. The furniture’s has to be replaced especially the sofa. The staff are very polite, friendly and accommodating especially Ganesh and Noor In the reception.
We stayed at the 3rd floor corner suite and the view is excellent

I had a confirmed, payment approved reservation but when we arrived after a 5-hour drive, the hotel claimed there was a problem and refused to help. I’m assuming they tried charging excess resort fees that were not in the contract and were not successful taking the unapproved amount. Instead of working with me or contacting Expedia, staff pressured me over and over to make a second booking and pay again. I waited in the lobby for 7 hours with my family. The “manager” yelled at me on the phone when I asked for assistance. They even gave my daughter expired snacks while we waited. Near midnight they finally said I’d get a “complimentary night,” but still wasted more time trying to rebook me. The hotel itself is extremely run-down and poorly maintained. The manager is arrogant and condescending. If this is your idea of management, it explains why the property looks the way it does. Save yourself the stress — there are MUCH better options nearby. EXPEDIA OFFERED ZERO HELP WITH THIS ISSUE. STILL UNRESOLVED

My wife and I have stayed here over the years and really like the area/location. The rooms are old, lightbulbs burnt out, dust on pictures, shelves falling apart. The staff were wonderful; they are really trying to make it work. Accommodating, kind, and efficient. It's a great family spot in our opinion, especially with the water park and water slides and location to the area.

Needs a huge decor update, pleasant staff.

Room was hotter inside than outside, (over 30 inside and outside) due to a broken thermostat the bedroom. The heater in the bedroom was stuck on high. They were kind enough to move us, but it felt like we really had to convince them. This is an old complex, that was a time share, both rooms we were in were still dated back to the 90’s, and not much changed in the rooms since they were built. We would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone we know. Yes, the rooms were clean, which was nice but the decor needs updated. Staff was polite and did address the room issues.

Staff: All of them are courteous, friendly and approachable. Accommodation: It’s cozy, but maybe they can still improve the cleanliness especially the washrooms and also maybe they can cover their couch to prevent it from getting old and dirty. Pool and amenities: Pool is big, it’s warm and with depth that can be enjoyed by kids. Spraypark is fun too. We didn’t have a chance to use the other amenities because we only stayed overnight but we will come here to try other amenities such as steam and sauna, gym, basketball, tennis court and volleyball. Restaurant: Boardwalk serves good burgers! Plus the staff are so nice. Thank you so much Paolo and Grace! Overall experience was superb! We will definitely come back here next year! 😊

The staff goes out of its way to accommodate you. The suites are large and comfortable. although they said dining room it was just a hamburger/snack bar type area which was okay and the staff there were very pleasant. I am sure they will upgrade this area in the future. Unfortunately, the parking lot was small and difficult to find a spot, but it was a very busy weekend with many rooms holding more clients than was expected, I think. Overall, an excellent weekend for us and we would stay here again without a second thought.

Staff is really great and friendly. The pool area is very good. Great for families. If you golf, the course is right there. A couple things to improve on. The bed was not good. Could use some updating on things in the room. If this was $50 a night less I’d be giving 5 stars. Overall, a really good place to stay for young families.

The pools are lovely and the front staff are very friendly and helpful. However we booked an accessible suite as my 80 year old mother has a very hard time walking. Our suite was the furthest possible room in the resort from all of the amenities including the restaurant and the pools. It also was the closest to the highway so we heard loud trucks all night. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. There also appeared to be someone living in the room beside us as their patio had all sorts of furniture, plants , fake grass. I have no problem with this but the strong smell of pot coming in our room wasn't pleasant.

Good stay for young families.

The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids, the grounds were well maintained, but other than that...it was alright. The superior room was big and relatively clean. There were broken door handles, wobbly dining chairs due to missing bolts, and a balcony that was uninviting, even with mountain views. I wish there were more food choices but overall a pleasant experience, especially because the kids loved the pool and slide.

The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there. It is very friendly for a family trip, since the kitchen is convient to do some cooking if you bring the food materials with you. It is so impressive about their services and aquatic facilities.
