We stayed here with a group and looked for a long time before booking, and this place ended up being exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the home was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into.The privacy was one of our favorite parts — quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, but still close enough to town when we needed anything. It was the perfect balance.The host was great and very easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable - felt like a home away from home! The mountain views and peaceful setting made it the perfect place to unwind, and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The location was ideal for exploring Fairplay and nearby mountain towns, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Great place and good value for the . The location is also great. A quick drive over a small pass and you are in Breckenridge or a very short jump to Fairplay. The Host communicated very well and made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property! Dave
