Not only is this hotel pet friendly, but there was no extra fee for my little dog. Staff were very cheerful and friendly.

The transport driver/maintenance man went above and beyond to get me to the airport and back (in a blizzard!) even using his own 4 wheel drive vehicle! Kudos to the customer service!

Terrible experience I wish I could get a refund but the manager Ashley refused to give me a room and a refund she is very unprofessional and so was the front desk lady giving me dirty looks and an attitude and I’m a white male and she was a black female it’s felt like she was racist towards whites.
