Siamo stati in questa struttura la seconda settimana di settembre pagando 100euro a notte. Pensavamo di trovare una struttura adeguata al prezzo non proprio accessibile ed invece al nostro arrivo al check in non ci è stato spiegato nulla se non che un'anta dell'armadio era stata rotta dall'ospite precedente. Non una parola sull'appartamento, sul utilizzo dell'aria condizionata (abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi dopo 20min di attesa perche la reseptionist era al telefono), sulle zone comuni. l'appartamento era stato pulito sommariamente, porta del bagno rigonfia e spaccata, luce dello specchio totalmente arrugginita ed emanava un calore fuori dal normale, la finestra della cucina non si poteva aprire x non rompere anche quella, divano sgangherato, la presa accanto totalmente smurata anche molto pericolosa! La camera sottotetto caldissima ed il condizionatore non riusciva a sopperire il caldo atroce, la porta d'ingresso così come le persiane erano mezze rotte e non si chiudevano bene. In tutto questo il secondo giorno mentre facevo la doccia è entrato un gatto che ha marcato il territorio all'interno. Non essendoci nessuno alla reception (cosi è stato x i 4giorni) ho dovuto comprare io un detersivo e pulire tutta casa per il forte odore di pipì! Le zone comuni erano inutilizzabili, amaca vecchia malconcia e sporca, barbecue idem. Non so gli altri ma il nostro appartamento era molto fatiscente e la totale assenza di una persona a cui chiedere è stata davvero assurda!nulla di principe

Soggiorno di una settimana in famiglia presso questa struttura in luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso ma nello stesso tempo anche vicino dal centro (raggiungibile in 5 minuti di bicicletta). Proprietaria non conosciuta, solo messaggi via cellulare. Spazio esterno all'appartamento carino ma poco illuminato per cenare. Poca manutenzione degli arredi interni ed esterni (armadio con anta scorrevole difettata, persiana che non si riesce a chiudere, piano cottura con solo due fornelli funzionanti su 4, materasso del divano letto ormai finito molto scomodo, frigo difettoso). Forse almeno un cambio biancheria per chi sta una settimana andrebbe previsto. In sintesi per chi non vive troppo l'appartamento può andare altrimenti bisognerebbe valutare bene la scelta. Nome appartamento Tufo 2.
