The Hancock Hotel was excellent! Well decorated rooms and very clean. The shower was to die for after a long, snowy drive!

Stay here if for cool tepid showers & pay parking

The hotel looks very nice. And it is very clean. The additional $15 per night for parking was not disclosed when I book this room. The receptionist said they have to pay Marathon for parking so we have to. However, Marathon owns this hotel. So ridiculous nonsense, there. After we paid for the parking, the valet takes issue when we are checking out. Telling us we have to move. I could’ve probably overlooked most of that until I took a shower, it was so tepid and lukewarm, I have never had a worse shower at a hotel. The bed was comfortable. I won’t be staying here again.
