Comfortable and beautifully downstairs unit in the heart of Findlay! Able to sleep up to six people, this lower unit of a duplex is located right off Tiffin Ave. in the middle of town. Large wrap around porch, amazing natural light and comfortable accommodations will make you feel right at home. Two bedrooms and a pull-out couch, one large bathroom, spacious and open living/dining area with a large kitchen. Coffee, Tea, filtered water and general kitchen utensils included. Tesla charger in garage!

Well, when we got there, it was late at night and the host sent the code backwards. In other words, the garage code is supposed to be the door code so it took a minute to figure that out. I contacted her and she would not contact me back. My 72-year-old sister fell on the broken step with no rails going up. So that was not good.

It’s very clean and comfy, except the last night, there were 5 men that is loud late at night, at 11:30 pm they left and came back with 4 boxes of pizza, and talked loud and the foot steps are annoying too. My husband and I did not get a good night sleep.

Property was nice and had everything we needed. Lower half of a duplex, but that was not a factor. My adult kids stayed there and found it to be comfortable and a nice homey vibe.

Comfortable Stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable. My sister and I stayed here for a week while visiting family. Extras included a hairdryer, laundry and dishwasher soap, hand soap and coffee pods. Location was not far from downtown restaurants and stores.

Feel like home!

I have a 3 year old daughter so we were looking for a place to make my daughter feel comfortable as my home. My daughter literally slept through the night for entire staying at Helen’s place. Great location for both school, downtown, and shopping. Very safe area as well! Helen responded promptly and everything went smooth. Thank you Helen!

Very Cozy
