It was an okay stay, no towels in the room or pool area for the entire stay, pull out bed was dirty looked like dead bugs skin on it.

Check in was smooth and they hit you with $50 deposit. We find our room a cold 63 degrees when it is 25 degrees outside. NO clean blankets!!!! Sofabed with blood stain. This is a hyatt???
