Kitchen was clean, the room was clean, the bathroom had two tiny soaps, one at the bathtub and one at the sink. More than enough towels. Encountered a couple of very big ants in the bathroom. The reception area was deplorable. The front two floor mats in front of the reception area were disgusting and dirty and needed to be thrown out. The floor appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks or months.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, I waited for 15 minutes, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The lobby smelled terrible, hotel is dated, breakfast area had only packaged muffins and snack bars. Coffee was empty , had to ask for coffee to be made. We were there just for an overnight, you get what you pay for!

Tv did have cable,, it worked however it didn’t display any programs . The staff I fear with is the onnnly saving grace for this hotel/motel/lodging spot. The kid was great ! We had driven from far to see a very ill family member .. anyways just wanted to watch tv and go to bed but the cable didn’t work. The staff member . He knows who he is was very nice compassionate it understanding and offered us a different room. We declined bc it was so late when we actually got in. But that’s that! Instead of bashing this place on many many things I won’t because they employ a staff member that was just very good at “customer service
