This is situated on a field and is absolutely spectacular surrounded by mountains. The property is appointed beautifully with large flower pots all over and the views are just amazing. The food in the restaurant was great, wonderful breakfast and great modern well appointed rooms. Would definitely recommend this as an A+ facility!

Bonita propiedad, limpia, bien manejada, buenos alimentos, comoda. Único inconveniente es que me tocó un día raro para Noruega con mucho calor y los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado. Me imagino que en el 99% del tiempo no hace falta.

Loved staying at this hotel, located directly overlooking the beautiful fijords. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Dining was special with excellent menu options and presentation of food was beautiful as well as delicious. My favorite hotel on our one night stop over during our amazing car trip through the Norway fijords. Would highly recommend this property!!

Ok, their room sizes are weird. Superior room with queen bed turned out to be half the size of a superior room with double bed. Their listing says otherwise. Go for the bigger room for additional $5 Good views from the rooms

This property has fantastic views. Valldal is smaller though so dining options other than the hotel are limited, but the food is delicious. TV seemed to only allow casting but we didn’t go all that way just to watch TV so that was minor.

Probably my favorite hotel out of a 24 day tour of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Walk out your door and your on the fjord! Views were outstanding, restaurant had tasty authentic Norwegian food. Loved this hotel!!!
