Charming Hideaway in Downtown Flagstaff

Charming Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway located 2 1/2 blocks to Heritage Square, the heart of the Downtown Flagstaff shopping district.

This one bedroom, one bath home with a bonus cozy attic as a second bedroom ( attic measures 3 1/2 ft. high on the sides and 6 ft. high in the middle with steeper ladder-like stairs - kids love it) with 2 twin beds. This home has central heat and AC, controlled through the Nest thermostat. This home has a private front yard and fully enclosed private back yard is located steps away from the Downtown shops, dining, galleries, parks, micro-breweries and hiking trails. It is a 30 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl ski mountain, 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 8 minutes drive to Buffalo Park, 7 minutes drive to Lowell Observatory and 45 minutes to Sedona.

The home has a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 twin beds in the attic. Additionally there is Wifi, Cable, quaint new gas burning stove fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary glassware, dishware, pots, new refrigerator, garbage disposal and new cooking stove over oven.

Please no very small children. Back yard has about a three foot drop from one back patio to ground, loose wood piles, steep stairs to attic and fairly hot stove fireplace. Private backyard reading studio does not have electricity or water and will not be available to additional tenants.
Please provide your own soap, shampoo and personal toiletries.
Paper towels, toilet paper, clean linens, laundry detergent and bath towels will be available.

Todd’s place is very comfortable and well-appointed for a short stay in Flagstaff. It’s in a prime location within easy walking distance of countless restaurants, bars, and shopping. Todd is a responsive and helpful communicator. Have stayed here twice and have no complaints!

Sweet little house in excellent location for exploring Flagstaff and environs; designated parking and well outfitted kitchen also appreciated. House was very clean but scents of cleaning/laundry products were overpowering, while clothing drawers/storage and outdoor spaces (reading room and stone paths) could be enhanced. Host provided excellent local recommendations, enhanced by site, tour and historical literature; very thoughtful, overall, except for the need for fragrance-free products.

The house is located walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. It was cozy, comfortable, and had a wonderful yard for our senior dog to enjoy. Tim is a responsive host and answered any questions we had. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Flagstaff.

It’s so cute! Some suggestions: finish fully fencing the yard for ‘dog friendly. Gut the back yard. Make bed easier to get in for short, old people. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the town. Loved paintings.

Perfect location and quaint cottage!

This cute bungalow is just as described. Perfect for a couple or for four this place is a short walk from the best of downtown Flagstaff. The host was very communicative and check in/out was a breeze. Comfy bed and well appointed this is a great place to come explore Flagstaff on foot with the doggies. Will come again!

Cute cottage in downtown Flagstaff

This is a comfortable and clean cottage in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to all of the shopping, bars and restaurants in downtown Flagg. The only downside was the lack of cable or streaming TV service. There were 2 TVs, but neither had any cable or streaming services. We had to spend almost 100 to get the proper cable to connect our iPad connected to a TV so we could stream movies and TV shows.
