Lovely New Home in the North Woods

Home is located just off the historic Route 66 in the beautiful and quiet housing development Presidio in the Pines. There is a wonderful park for children that includes a basketball court across the street. House is perfect for reaching many nearby attractions – it is just a few miles west of historic downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University and the North Pole Experience, just 20 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, 30 minute drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, and only a 90 minute drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park.

You will love the open concept first floor that features a dining table that seats 8 (with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar), a couch and love seat nestled around a gas fireplace, and a den that has a comfortable leather futon that folds out to a queen size mattress plus a desk and chair for any work that you might need to accomplish while visiting.

The kitchen has coffee-brown cabinetry, granite counter tops, and everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal. It comes equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker.

On the second level, you will find three spacious bedrooms with two full baths. The master bedroom has a King upgraded bed attached to a large ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom provides bunk beds (twin over full), the third has a Queen upgraded bed. Every room provides plenty of cupboard and closet space for your belongings. There is a full bath located in between the two bedrooms as well as a utility room with full sized washer/dryer.

Outside we have a small gated backyard that features a grill, patio dining and chairs and a fire pit. In the front of the house we also have a porch with a bistro table and chairs.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishsoap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
