This Quaint Historic Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway is located in a quiet residential neighborhood one block from Wheeler Park and City Hall, the heart of Downtown Flagstaff.

This two bedroom, one bath, quiet residential home offers a fully enclosed backyard with all of the amenities necessary for a wonderful visit to Downtown Flagstaff, the gateway to Northern Arizona.
This home is located steps away from the Downtown Flagstaff coffee shops, clothing outfitters, restaurants, galleries, micro-breweries and just across the street the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, which is a city-wide network of non-motorized, shared-use pathways that are used by bicyclists, walkers, hikers, runners and other users for both recreation and transportation. Additionally, many of the city services buildings such as the Flagstaff City Hall, the New County Courthouse and the Library are easily walkable within 2-3 blocks.
It is a 5 minute walk to Thorpe Park, 15 minute walk to NAU, 30 minute drive to the Arizona Snowbowl ski mountain, 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 8 minutes drive to Buffalo Park, 4 minute drive to Lowell Observatory, 18 minutes drive to Walnut Canyon National Monument, 28 minutes to Sunset Crater National Monument and 45 minutes to Sedona

This home has a king size bed in the first bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom with a pull out queen bed in the living room couch. Additionally, there is WiFi, Cable TV, electric fireplace, central heat and air conditioning controlled by the Google Nest thermostat. Plus, the newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary glassware, dishware, pots, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Please provide your own soap, shampoo and personal toiletries. Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels

Fourth stay at this “Quaint hideaway “

Our 4th time to stay here
does that tell you something??This is our golden VRBO. We found it on our 4th trip to Flagstaff and now just keep coming back. When you walk in the door it feels so fresh and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pot & pans, spices, and a new toaster oven. Good lighting and plugs everywhere. Don’t expect a well manicured yard but it’s a treat for our dog who is used to a rocky Tucson yard. Plus there’s a new screen door with a doggie door. Todd is host extraordinaire. There’s rarely a problem but this time there was a toilet issue and he had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. Only down side no ESPN2 to watch Wimbledon. The Sunday farmer’s market, downtown food, music, theatre, park, library and 4th of July parade are all within walking distance. Guess I better not say anything else before I book for next year. Thanks Todd for another cool stay.

The perfect location! This lovely home is in a quiet, residential area, but steps away from tons of great restaurants and coffee shops, and it’s inches away from one of trails on the urban trail system. We were planning to get groceries at the beginning of our trip, but we ended up not needing them—we had too much fun walking into town for all our meals. We also were both working during our trip, and it was so well set up for that. One of us had the kitchen, the other took the guest bedroom. Thank you again!

Our stay was great! Perfect house for location, in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. Walkable parks, trails, and restaurants. Very accommodating for a dog, with the big backyard, fully fenced. Todd was great with communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Location was easy to find and couldn't ask for a more perfect location-close to everything. We were going to bring one of our dogs but last minute decided not to so we asked if it was possible to get the pet fee refunded. Immediately upon asking Todd refunded it. We also had a question about the back gate and sent a message. Again, immediate response back to us. Exactly what you'd appreciate when in need. Excellent host. Also the house was more then equipped with everything/anything you could possibly need including dog bowls and a doggy door! We loved that and would love to bring the dogs next time. Also T.V. was great and easy to figure out. Wonderful little house and would stay here again. Thank you!If you need a really good food option, go eat at MartAnnes Burrito Palace! Bfast & lunch served all day there as well.

Nice quiet property

My teenage son, dog, and I stayed at this nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house for 2 nights. The dog loved being able to run around in the yard, and we were able to watch our shows and movies in the living room on the Smart TV. The location was great! We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and was able to see Sedona only 1 hour south of us.

This was a wonderful property close to historic downtown Flagstaff. The house was very well stocked, particularly the kitchen, which had anything and everything you would need. Once again, this rental clean, spacious, stocked and super dog friendly! Location perfect and quiet! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make a meal. Did I mention it was clean? I appreciate a clean house and this was clean. Small details even clean! I notice clean and this one was! Really appreciate it! Communication with prop manager excellent. Would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property in downtown Flagstaff.

Love this house

Love, Love, LOVE this house! Clean and well equipped for all our needs. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Able to do a load of laundry while there. Backyard was great for our two dogs to play in. Nice quiet neighborhood to take walks. Convenient location to downtown and Riordan Mansion. Also close for a day trip to Sedona and another to the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Flagstaff.
