I was embarrassed when we arrived at the property. I made the booking from pictures online and brought my mom here for an overnight. The property is terribly rundown and is in a sketchy part of town. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. It needs to be shut down for a month for renovations and to clean things up in my opinion.

Checking in the middle of the night was sketchy. The surrounding area was dirty, including the rooms. The price was to high as the rooms were that great.

Bloody boogers wiped on the walls, bugs on the bed, mold and missing caulking in the shower, water damaged walls, beat up doors covered in paint, holes in the wall. Just gross.

Good location for Grand Canyon. Staff worked very hard to help. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy.

I don’t know how this hotel had a recommendation of 8! It was terrible and broken down. The old kitchen in it had no dishes and doors missing on the cabinets. Pictures are completely not honest. Needs updating badly! Wish I had researched more before trusting the 8 rating on it! I would not give it more than a 5 or 6!

Due to a 12 hour train delay we didn’t checkin in until the morning we were due to check out. Only had time for showers. Shower was great! Room was clean. We were grateful that they extended checkout until 12. The property was itself was just very old, roadside motel looking place. Had I not booked online, I would have never stopped here. Completely overpriced, i guess because of the Grand Canyon location.
