Cute little cabin perfect for weekend trip

Poor communication
Publié le 26 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and would have been adequate, but I didn’t understand from the listing that the bathroom was not attached to the cabin. I have little kids, and I called and said we couldn’t stay there. They have since fixed the listing to make it more clear. The owner sent me a text and said that he wanted to make it right, but two weeks later I have not been able to get in touch with him. He hasn’t returned any of my texts and phone calls. I called Vrbo but have heard nothing. I didn’t want to leave this, but I am not getting any communication.

I have talked to you and apologize for the mix up but unfortunately this is not our fault it stated in the booking that there was no bathroom inside the room only on site I have since reworded the listing and posted no bathroom inside a couple different ways but as I have tried telling you it’s not our fault you booked it without reading through the listing
I would recommend before you book again You read the listing discription over
Once again I’m sorry but I truly feel this is not our fault
