C'est la pire hotel ever... pas dormi de la nuit l'hotel ne ressemble pas pentoute au phote c'est croté dégeulasse et meme pas été capable d'avoir ma facture le lendemain car personne au desk... je m'attendais pas a un 5 étoile mais au moins un minimum du fait qu'il est recommandé sur hotel.com

Very dirty room, the water stink (and it's not always working), the Clim was not working, it smells in the room and the floor is dirty a d wet. Pay a bit more and go somewhere else, this place is disgusting

Not sure what hotel you stayed at but we have not had problems with our water not working. We are on well water so sometimes you will get a slight odor if there is high demand. This is because the well water is hard and we both chlorinate well and have a water softener system in place and functioning

Airport inn not a place to stay remove from Hotel

Would not ever book this place again. Went to the airport inn on check in date was told no reservation .airport inn canceled my reservation on February 9th and I was never notified of this the place is very nasty and very bad people hanging around had to find another room across town at a higher price was told that they rent rooms by the hour before i left the airport inn showed me a room and let me know it would be two - three hours before ready it was totally gross I wouldn't let my dog sleep there may die from something that's how bad it was .I would like to know where is my refund

Didn’t stay at the property, was told when I arrived to check in that there were no rooms with tv’s and my reservation was canceled.

Reed was extremely nice. Overall cleanliness horrible. Power went out...cable went out..dirty room..stained towels..people live there and were noisy.

They mentioned they were under construction but did not mention you have to walk through the demolition debris to access room. The room has a refrigerator with a half drank Gatorade in it. Microwave has burnt food on its glass bottom ( had to remove someone’s plate from it to see it). There was one hand towel and one wash cloth no large towels. The shower was not working correctly and loose. The tub drain strainer missing. The hot water was warm but not hot, I ran the sink to see if it was the anti scold setting but it never got hot. The smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag to avoid going off because of demolishing going on in hallway. Six propane tanks in by stairs with a heating device upon entrance to stairs. Turned key in and advised could not stay here. There response was okay and no refund on all four days paid in advance.

DO BOOK THIS HOTEL

Hotel was extremely dirty, it was being remodeled on the second floor, which there was no mention of when I booked, torn up carpet and drywall laying around everywhere. There is no mirror in the room at all, the room and bathroom was filthy, and the towels were dirty. The power went out just for the hotel (gas station attendant next door said they didnt lose power and there was no other power outage happend that he knew of), never came back on, we had to pack up and leave to another hotel at 3am because the room got so cold from no heat. Went back at 7am to gather our belongings and even the emergency hall lights were not working at this point, had to use the flashlight on my phone to make my way up the stairs and to gather my things from the room. Ruined the whole night. Horrible hotel!

too many people hanging around outside into the night, unlicensed cars and it appeared to be non running vehicles .Could not operate the tv, remote was useless.
