Staff was very helpful and kind. No elevator. Three flights of stairs to airbnb. Air conditioning was minimal.

Property was in the quieter part of city about 25 min all from bustling centre. Enjoyed the area with easy bus access to city and train station.
We were told that someone would welcome us at the scheduled arrive time but had to wait in the searing heat for over half an hour.
Air conditioning was not very effective and there was visible black mould in the room.
Internet did not work for the second night of our stay. Was critical as we were trying to book onward train travel.

This was a very nice place to stay in a quiet area but was close to all the museums and places to visit.

The staff / proprietor were very friendly and welcoming, and very helpful in securing us a taxi since we did not have the apptaxi app which now seems to be indispensable in Florence.

Staying at a B&B that doesn't do the Breakfast part was a novelty.
The premises is on the 3rd floor with NO lift. So bags and your nightly post dinner climb is up 3 flights.
Accepting all that, it was adequate EXCEPT paying $150 per night for what was essntially a room is far more than warranted.

Good morning Sir/ Madam...Thankyou for being our guest .. sorry but bnb is on 2nd floor not on 3rd as it is we dont have 3rd floor and was mentioned on site.. Breakfast has extra charge of 4 euros per person i had given 3 nights coupons free... Thankyou for you opinion... Regards Shaila
