It is a bright and safe hotel run by nuns. If you visit Florence, I highly recommend staying here even for just one night. It may not have the latest facilities, but you will feel it is a comfortable refuge.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Heat/cooling unit didn’t seem to work at all. Hot water was plentiful. Shelf broke in the closet. Staff was very nice. Too much dog waste in the immediate area. It was serviceable but that’s all.

Value for money

We had a wonderful stay. I just wonder why our didn't have a balcony but it was ok. The nuns were very friendly and we were able to hear mass in their chapel on the day we left. Highly recommended.
