The property was great. The staff mostly great, but they do have to be more client oriented and not so much making you feel that everything is a favor they are performing and sometimes with resistance. More customer friendliness is needed.

Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle

Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. Shuttle service has 2 drops off locations. Michael Angelo (great sunset) and the second location brings you within 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Bring good walking shoes !

The gardens are absolutely beautiful with walking paths throughout the property. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The food was very good. The room and bathroom were spacious. Internet access was good and easy. They have a van that will take you to two different drop off locations for you to explore the city and will pick you back up as well. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Rooms are very small but clean. Breakfast the best you can ask for. Outdoor settings, absolutely beautiful. Staff is super friendly. Shuttle are available throughout the day. Definitely recommend!

This is a stunning hotel with the most beautiful gardens and views. The quirky original elevator takes you back in time. The staff are very friendly & the breakfast was great. There is a shuttle bus service to & from the city gates as well as the view point at Michelangelo square, which we used several times during our week long stay. It’s a great place for people wanting to relax when not exploring the surrounding countryside. But not great for children. Highly recommend L

This is a beautiful old Tuscan villa. The garden around is beautiful. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was amazing. They even offered fresh pressed juices. This is just a beautiful place. The shuttle service into the city is also very convenient. I would highly recommend and give it a 10 out of a 10. Also the staff is super friendly.

The whole experience at the Agape is first class. The hotel and private grounds are beautiful and a really nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence. One of the top hotels we have stayed in 50 years of travel. The staff are wonderful and have a natural customer facing attitude to helping overcome any issues. The restaurant and food were superb yet not over expensive. You can hide yourself away in the garden or various rooms on the first floor with a good book or for a game of your choice. Truly do not have a complaint or negative comment to make about this establishment.
