Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit tight, so if you have a lot of luggage there won't really be much room in the room to store everything. All in all a great pace to stay while in Florence.

They’ve attempted to remodel the place but none of the electronics in the room worked, not even the phone. Also plumbing has issues (shower drain backed up). The bathroom remodel was strangely done and the layout was extremely tight even though there was space to do it right. Shame. They tried; but failed. For this price, I expected better quality and staff wasn’t too friendly.

All in all it was lovely. Comfortable bed and cosy room. However, breakfast was a little underwhelming. Perhaps some more variety, and egg holders in case someone wants soft not hard boiled eggs. Also, a kettle and a couple of cups and tea bags/ coffee sachets in the room would be a nice touch. So your guests can make themselves a cup when chilling in their room. It s a nice touch.

The location was the best. Its only 5 minutes from the train station and the most important places to visit in Florence are a 10 minutes walk. The rooms are small but nice, clean and comfortable.

I believe they gave me their worst room location. Next to elevator. On street. Gaps in widow and door created a huge draft. Lcd on heater made it an unwanted nightlight. Blinds were woefully inadequate. Light came from outside lights, cars and sun. Sewer smell from plumbing. Charged double the tax my other hotel in florence did. I have a sore throat now. Felt perfect before i stayed here. And obviously tired as hell because i got no sleep because of them. Sadly all these problems are easily solved if they cared.

Hi, the problems could have been solved if you had reported it to the reception in real time. In our rooms everything is working but if there was a maintenance problem the reception would have solved it promptly. We are sorry for your experience but the everything is collected in the hotel.
