It was ok on safety. A/c did not work and when we asked the front desk they said they would send someone. No one came to look at it. When they cleaned the room, the room was not clean and they took our dirty towels without replacing any new clean towels.

The air conditioner didn't put out any cold air. Service was great moving us to a different room but sinks in both rooms took an hour to drain from lack of plumbing cleaning with hair buildup. Was really disappointed with the total experience. Won't consider this brand name on any of our trips in the future

The room had bugs, showers were filthy, sheets were not clean, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, people were outside (that were staying there) doig drugs, the door wouldnt even latch. Overall HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Housekeeping took our towels when they were somehow all out of towels. We were out the whole evening and the next morning they still didn’t have anymore available. The check-in staff was kind but not the staff when the towel situation occurred. Room had bugs and mold.

Unacceptable Conditions - Dont waste your money

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Florence, AL, and it was one of the more negative hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there was another guest’s toothbrush still at the sink, which made it immediately clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned. The sheets were dirty with multiple cigarette burns, and the pillows had visible dirt streaks. The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The atmosphere around the property felt unsafe and chaotic. Groups of people were loitering all around the property, including right outside my door, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. To make matters worse, housekeeping started banging on doors at 8 AM, loudly announcing that checkout was at 11. I asked them to stop, but the staff member told me it was "just part of her routine" and kept coming back anyway. This stay was so far below even basic expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality that I had to document it.
