室內陳設及佈置非常賞心悅目，可以同時使用密碼及鑰匙的房門設計也非常棒。
設備/設施與服務如果也能夠一樣受重視應該會更好。
例如浴室電熱毛巾架是沒有啟用的，又或者只有特定時間會作動，空調有時無法被調整。工作人員較少，不易得到即時協助。

Casa G is beautiful, friendly, cozy, safe and welcoming. Linda and staff treated us like family. The breakfast is quality with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The common area was a beautiful place to relax, socialize if desired, and have snacks along with cocktails/wine. It is located in an area convenient to dining, shopping, site seeing, and the charm of Florence. We will absolutely stay at Casa G again.

Loved the easiness of check in and they even offered to extend our code to leave our luggage as we waited for our flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I cannot fully put into words how amazing this property is. Their staff are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met and the hotel is gorgeous. This is a must stay if you’re in Florence
