Newly renovated modern apartment in the central Via delle Ruote. Located on the second floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building. Bright and spacious apartment, consisting of two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, relax area. The accommodation is completed by a dining room with functional kitchen, equipped with modern appliances; a small balcony. Wifi connection and washing machine at guests' disposal.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address . . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
