my parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence, just steps away from the Duomo — the location couldn’t be better! The rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Such a cute hotel. Literally in the middle of EVERYTHING. You can walk out, make a right and the Milkeria is right there which was one of our favorite spots for espresso and crepes. The shower got hot and cold a few times but it was fine. The only thing I wish the coffee machine to be available for longer hours. It’s only available from 8-11 It is a shared bathroom which wasn’t really an issue but it was always clean. Definitely would come back again. It’s nothing fancy. Definitely old fashioned but the location is great. Staff is friendly too

Nice hotel, with a few small drawbacks

Lovely hotel, in a good location. Only one bathroom on the floor i was on which made things awkward at times. There was often a loud noise from a boiler or something that was one room away from mine that woke me up during the night several times, but otherwise a good experience.
