This is a lovely property and a welcome quiet break from busier parts of Florence, yet still very convenient and walkable to all the important sites.

I hate it here. They advertise AC but they dont have it available inany of their room

The average temperatures in Florence throughout your visit ranged between 7 and 14 degrees Celsius. Our hotel has been operational for many years, hosting thousands of guests during the same period as your stay, and we have not received any similar complaints. We stayed at this property for 6 nights and it was amazing. The check in was fast and we got an upgrade for the room. Extremely well located, we will go back for sure!

It was amazing! The only problem was the bathroom door would not open completely close due to heated towel bar, very hard to maneuveur. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It was a bit of a walk to get to the tourist attractions but not bad. I liked that it was in a quiet area.

The stay in Hotel Horto Convento was delightful. The room was spacious, clean and airy. The staff were extremely helpful and gave great suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast was also great. We stayed for 8 days.
