First I read the reviews so l came expecting a slightly older hotel with a nice staff. So I based my ratings on that criteria. I was not disappointed. The hotel was a pretty short walk from the train station a little over 1/2 block from a main street. The first time it took 15 minutes. We were early but they accommodated our bags. The staff was very friendly. The location was great. We were not far from anything we wanted to do. We were about a 15/20 minute walk from the main bridge. I

The staff was excellent very helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean, hotel is in a good location, very good breakfast on the terrace, AC works good. I would like to go back to Florence and stay here again.

Not the best

Upon our arrival the air conditioning was broken on the 4th and 5th floors. Their initial plan was to give us a fan. The temperatures were 90+ degrees in the room. The front desk then decided to separate the family into single rooms. 2 people in single occupancy rooms was likely against fire code. They fixed for night two but the room was never really cold. The beds were hard as rocks. Not a $300 plus a night hotel.

The hotel is right in the enter of town. It is a close walk to all the sites. The breakfast service was excellent and offered the opportunity to enjoy coffee and breakfast outside. The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan.

Extremely great location, especially if you are walking with luggage from train station. Only 5 min. Staff was friendly and always someone at the desk 24 hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the AC didn't get as cool as we would have liked. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Vittorio you are great - you should be the manager. You know how to treat people because you respect people. We love everything about the way you operate. It’s such a pleasure to see someone taking pride in their job. For the hotel: wonderful room however you need some shelving. No shelving in the bathroom and no shelving in a big room makes it very inconvenient. Other than that, you have a very nice hotel.

Our room was magnificent! The staff was incredibly accommodating. Just wish we had stayed longer! The location was ideal for accessing everything, including the train station. Would definitely recommend Hotel Paris for your Firenze stay!!

The hotel was great! Great staff and space! The only problem was the beds. Me and a friend shared a room, so 2 twin beds and they were so uncomfortably hard and terrible pillows... you'd get 5 stars if you upgraded the beds!
