No living room, no dining room, no washer dryer, internet didn't work and noisy

Would not recommend booking with this "agency". Apartment internet didn't work, and the management made us take the time to meet with numerous maintenance staff instead of try doing it themselves. The apartment also did not have a living room, nor a dining room. There was only a small kitchen that had no dishwasher, and there wasn't a washer and dryer. The bathroom pipes also has a weird smell. And it was also very very noisy at night due to the bars and restaurants right outside of the bedroom window. It was hard to get through to the agency management team, one had to go through an intermediary who could not make any decisions.

Nice Apartment and Great Location

The apartment is in a good location across the Arno river from the city center near the Ponte alla Grazie bridge. There are many shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk. There is a bus stop a few steps away from the apartment entrance. The queen bed in one room and two twin beds in another room were comfortable. Both rooms were separate and private from one another. The kitchen was clean and equipped for light meals. There was a table with four chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen and rooms are spacious for urban Italian standards. The only inconvenience in the bathroom was the lack of basic toiletries such as hand soap or shower gel. Communication about check in was not good in the few days leading up to the stay. We had to initiate check in instructions through the host company's website, but once we established a connection with the local team the communication improved and was good.

Wonderful property

Location of this property is perfect, away from crowds but so close to everything. Beds were amazing. So easy, bright, new, very clean.
