Immaculately clean room and bath, wonderful breakfast buffet each morning, attentive staff. And the accommodations are beautiful. Our room was amazing with antique furnishings and appointments. The location is in the city center and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is walking distance to the Duomo and to the most important sites of the city.

The room The Spot was lovely. The challenge were the steps to the front door and the steps to the bedroom. I do not recommend if mobility issues exist. Also, there was construction outside our window and the noise of hammering and drilling started at 8:00 am and not pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and the daily complimentary Prosecco was fantastic! The staff, Lisa and Eva were very informative and kind. Will return.

Absolutely best location! It was right in the middle of the everything! I could not be more happier with the hotel itself. Our room was amazing once we stepped in and the view was perfect. We were very immersed in the city and we could easily access just by stepping outside. The staff were also amazing! They were the friendliest and most welcoming community. It really felt like a second family. Thank you guys!! 100% would stay here again next time we’re in Firenze!!

The hotels atmosphere was pristine yet comfortable. Our room was a touch of classic yet modern. The staff was helpful with suggestions and assisting us. On a few occasions the young receptionist had breakfast packed for us before we left for early morning excursions. She was s delight. I will reccomend this beautiful hotel everytime! First class.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental, but did have variety. My room was, I will say, on floor 4.5 - elevator to 4th, then stairs. Such a cute room, small, but exactly what you need. Very clean and quiet.

Room was clean and the location is excellent, about 5 minutes walk from the Duomo. The staff was nice. However, no outlets available for use, nor any near the bed. The space between the toilet and wall was about 6 inches, making it almost impossible to use. Main lobby and breakfast area smelled moldy and damp.

Friendly and helpful front desk that answered our numerous questions and even made restaurant reservations for us. They provided umbrellas for the rainy days we experienced. Another plus was the 24-hour access to the restaurant’s coffee-maker, which could automatically provide many coffee drinks as well as hot chocolate and tea. The hotel’s location was great, It’s close to the end station for the T2 tram which goes to the airport and it is also just around the corner from the Accademica while most other places in Florence are within easy walking distance. My only complaint is that our room lighting could be improved.
