Center in Florence hotel

The hotel is in the middle of the old city center and it was great to be able to walk downstairs and get places. Their breakfast was great. Front desk helped a lot and the hotel was very clean. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for that night

perfect location, lovely experience.

staff was incredible. my single room was perfectly situated (close to train, duomo, uffizi, accademia, ponte vecchio), well-equipped, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. i will absolutely stay here on my next visit to italy

You can't get a better location in Florence, it's two minutes away from the Duomo and is central to most major tourist attractions. The staff were very kind and provided excellent recommendations. They also upgraded our room to a suite, which was very much appreciated. Grazie!!

Room wasn’t fully cleaned, there was hairs on my bed and in the shower. Staff cleaned our room every day which was then cleaned properly. Very central of the city and was able to walk everywhere we wanted to see

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Florence! The location couldn’t be better — it’s within walking distance to everything you might need, including wonderful restaurants, shops, and even the train station. It’s also very close to the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo, which made sightseeing so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option — the spread was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious choices, a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

In the heart of Firenze

Quick stop over in Firenze. The hotel is in a great location. Right in the heart of the city. It is in an old building however there is a small lift necessary for getting luggage to the upper floors

Pleasent room but air conditioning is limited.

Pleasent room and staff. The hotel is in a convenient location. The air condition does not offer you a chance to actually cool down. Stays warm even at night.

The hotel was in a great place. Closed to all big attractions in the middle of the centro histórico, yet the room was quiet amd comfortably.it was nicely decorated and offered a good breakfast. Stuff was great.

Great location in the city centre, walkable to everything. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor which is accessible via a small lift (2 people & suitcases). It looked tired in places, showing wear and tear. While we were there there was a blackout and the staff were helpful, taping touches to the banister up the stairs, providing bottled water and hand fans for the heat. Bathroom door didn't have a lock, wires above bathroom mirror, TV directly above Daughters bed. Bathroom was a wet room and when the floor was wet it was very slippery, had to wear flip flops all the time in bathroom. I would say this was a b&b standard not a 3star hotel
