Porta Rossa - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Apartment in the center location. Fourth and last floor no elevator. Spacious and light-filled living area with views of characteristic Florentine buildings and rooftops. Fully equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms, one master bedroom with bathroom and bathtub, second bathroom with shower.
Main attractions such as the Duomo, Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio are all very close.             
Wifi connection, air conditioning,smart TV, washing machine and a set of towels available to each guest.
Limitation of services: The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
The apartment is located in Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). 
Please pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged to replace the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of EUR100 will be charged.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
