Porta Rossa - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Apartment in a very central location. Fourth and last floor without elevator, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The main attractions such as the Duomo, Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio are all very close. The neighborhood is lively and dynamic, full of restaurants and shops.
The apartment consists of a large and bright living area overlooking typical Florentine palaces and roofs, an equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, one double and one triple with private bathroom and bathtub, a second bathroom with shower completes the property and a second bathroom with shower.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Restriction of services:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 euros will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100 euros will be required.
As per Italian law number 2147/2011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests.
The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time.
The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
