Magnifique Hôtel

Nous avons été surclassés dans des chambres magnifiques.
Rien à dire, certainement une des meilleurs adresse de Florence.

Excellent hotel trés bien situé

Seul petit bémol la grandeur de la chambre ...nous nous attendions à avoir plus d'espace

The Place is now my favorite hotel in Europe! The staff could not have been more kind, attentive and helpful. When our flight was cancelled, they arranged for a hotel in another city, train tickets and transportation. The dining room is exceptional, breakfast was delicious and the rooms charming. But it is the outstanding staff that makes this hotel so exceptional!

The reception, sense of welcoming and attention to detail were all outstanding. The food was excellent and the rooms charming. We absolutely loved this hotel!
