Lovely and Convenient!
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with.
I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet.
Overall, highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful stay
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect spot for a family of four (adults) to celebrate their brother's graduation from CSU graduate program. Very close to campus, clean, very attentive host who let us check in early, and nice to have coffee at the ready in the kitchen. This is our second stay here and I would come back in a heartbeat. Very reasonable price as well.

Great cottage and location

The only issue is the spiral staircase and our luggage.
Downtown Fort Collins was lovely, wonderful food. The ghost tour was a lot of fun.

Well equipped, clean, bright
Publié le 18 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayHouse was nicer than pictures convey. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, everything is there to fix meals. Outdoor grill and firepit were added bonus. Beds were very comfy! Perfect location and easy in/out access.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I have stayed in several VRBO in Ft Collins and this was our favorite place. The cottage is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and smells good. The owners do an excellent job proving everything needed and some that we didn't consider like rain jackets, bikes, outdoor fire pit, etc. This is a perfect place for couples or those traveling with small children. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven but there's a George Forman grill, skillet, BBQ and other amenities. The location is excellent and walking distance to CSU. Also, you have your own parking space which is a premium in this community. We will definitely stay here again.

Fort Collins Gem

The outdoor space is a bonus - lovely to sit and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we are back in Fort Collins we hope this is available again.
