The AC unit was very loud. The carpets were a bit stained as well. Otherwise the stay was great and service people were excellent!

The whole hotel felt neglected. Staff was fine. Hot tub was closed early. Room smelled, no Kleenex, ice bucket was moldy. Carpet looked awful, plants were sad. Unlit parking area.
