Classic feeling nostalgic hotel. Great location in Old Town Fort Collins. Ace Gillet was a real Gem of a hangout! Loved it!

Very esthetically pleasing hotel. Staff was very nice, located in a great location and rooms are clean. But the room has a weird smell to it because of the bathroom. And since this hotel is right on a major road, the noise at night was so loud, mostly front the motorcycles.

The property is old and unique. Very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It is on a main street, so there is noise associated with that, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very friendly and responsive. Our room was ready a little early and it was nice to get a text notification. Thanks to Kenzie, Ed, Ransom, Eli and Rosie for your customer service. We stayed in a corner room and the space was amazing. Bed was wonderful and since we liked having the extra space in the living room. The location is so convenient and we always had a space to park. We will book again in the future.

Lovely older hotel in great location in the old downtown section of Fort Collins near the university. Friendly helpful staff. Door between bedroom and bathroom never quite closed properly even though staff tried to fix it. The charm of the place however makes it special.
