i was very nervous about whether this was in a good part of town and what the cleanliness would be like. it was excellent. We will likely try to stay here again.

Worst experience with VRBO.Heated pool got fixed two days into our stay. We had zero control of the thermostat and it was too hot every day I had to sleep in the living room on the couch my last night because it was so warm in the master bedroom . We had to keep asking the host each day to turn it down.Check in info was not sent to me until I called the host directly while at the property after check in time.Last day we woke up to chainsaws because they decided to schedule a tree trimmer that morning cleaning crew showed 15 minutes before check ou.Check out was 11am host came by at 10:15 to change the locks Thankfully we left our 15 year old son in the house to pack up his suitcase while we went to get meds for our son who we left in the rental.

We had the best stay at our Vrbo. We enjoyed the pool and ate outside and enjoyed the palm trees. The bunk beds came in handy with our girls and they had a great time watching tv in their own room :) I would definitely give this Vrbo a 5 out 5 stars. The only suggestion I have is maybe a little dirt devil little vacuum to clean up any crumbs or hair. Othewise everything worked out beautifully.
