HB Miami Resort features contemporary furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, spacious living room and master bedroom. It has a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. After your long day you can come back to the luxurious master bedroom's king bed, where you will rest peacefully on a king size bed. There is also an additional sleeping in the sofa bed for two extra guest in the living room.

This is a great complex. The condo is nice. The living room furniture is somewhat limiting and there were only two seats on the very expansive balcony. However the price was right and overall we enjoyed our trip.

The rental was very nice with a fantastic view. If you bring a car, there is valet parking only for an additional fee of $35/day. There is also a condo fee of around $300 that I was unaware of which does include using an umbrella/chairs and towels for the beach and pool. A card system is used for extra security which is great but you have to use it to get to your floor. Our card kept deactivating which was a pain when you were in line for the elevator, get on and then the card doesn't work to take you to your floor. Other than that, we had a nice week.

Beautiful condo

Truly a beautiful condo with all the amenities that you need and amazing views. The only thing that missing were pots and pans to cook with. Also, some of the door knobs were not attached but other than that we had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Room. Great Pool. Expensive food.

Great stay. Love room and pool. On site restaurant really nice but too expensive - especially for pool side menu with automatic 20% gratuity. Thats a $30 hamburger and a $20 virgin pina colada. We dropped $450 plus a day for family of five just at the pool. Another $400 for dinner. Two suggestions: Pool very windy. Should put up wind deflector on ocean side. And jacuzzi was an all day kiddy pool. Should be for adults only. Or at least over 16. There were 4-6 small kids in there at all times.

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO

From the time we arrived we had nothing but issues with checking in, once we finally got checked in the condo was nice but NOT clean at all. We first noticed several of the windows had what appeared to be sunscreen smeared on them! I contacted the property manager and while we were waiting on her to send someone to address, my mother sat down on the sofa and got her entire back side wet
when I told the property manager this I was told it was because it just needed to dry because it had been cleaned
if that was the case the entire sofa would have been still wet! While I was not happy with this situation, I knew we wouldn’t be sitting on the couch much anyways so I let it go! The next issue is so nasty I still can’t believe
 I pulled the covers back to get into bed and the fitted sheet was dirty, after looking closer and pulling the fitted sheet up, the mattress protector had blood on it!!!! Now that tells me that neither had been addressed or looked at! I was in disbelief of my findings, I contacted the desk downstairs but of course they can’t do anything because it is managed by BW Miami.. I attempted to call them and the lady on staff told me they could address it first thing in the morning
 absolutely not! After much back and forth with this lady, I even emailed her the pictures I told her we were leaving and going to find another place to stay that I wanted her to refund my money, she told me she couldn’t do that a manager could and it would be the next day! Well you guessed it no one will return my emails now or even respond to my request! Please take your money and rent something else so that you can enjoy it! Sad that company’s take advantage of families just trying to have a nice vacation!!!

Amazing views

This place has amazing views. The place is updated and very comfortable for families. We enjoyed our stay. Check in was standard, go front desk grab your keys. The elevetator straight to your room was a time saver. Great place right on the ocran, would recommend.

SO MANY IISSUES

Checking in was huge aggravation. Getting around inside the Hyde was very time consuming as there is one elevator for 40 floors on the end where this condo is. You need a card to get beach towels. The beach chairs were a 100 at least 100 yards from the Hyde. If you want the ones in front of the Hyde then you’ll have to pay for them. It’s $30 a day resort fee plus the Hyde charges $250 to your credit card as additional deposit. Got to the room, not enough pillow cases for the pillows. One washcloth per bathroom. No internet connection. No cable on Super Bowl Day. Finally the Hyde maintenance man came up and fixed it after we threw a fit. BWMIAMI the listing service HAS NO WORKING NUMBER EXCEPT MON-Fri 9-5 and they still wouldn’t respond. Clogged kitchen sink. Kitchen says fully stocked but there isn’t even salt and pepper and hardly anything to cook with. It was a beautiful place with gorgeous views but would NEVER use BWMIAMI again and wouldn’t stay at Hyde unless there was nothing else available. BWMIAMI does not even have a WEBSITE!!! Think twice before booking with them.
