Welcome Home...the LAKEHOUSE is where modern vibes meet rustic southern charm! Wake up to breathtaking lake views, volleyball in the saltwater pool, soaking in the hot tub, and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Adventure seekers, you're in for a treat with boating, fishing, ATV trails, and hikes! Nearby springs await your aquatic escapades! Relax and bask in nature's blissful embrace at this modern oasis!

Bring your boat to explore Salt Springs, Silver Glen, Lake George, Lake Kerr, St. Johns River, Rodman Reservoir, and the Ocklawaha River. The private marina is under 0.2 miles (at the end of the street) with trailer parking near the ramp or at the LAKEHOUSE.

ADDITIONAL FEES: There is a private Marina at the end of the street. The canal is directly off of Lake George. The usage fee is $60 a day, per boat. The Property Manager is required to be present to unlock the access gate.

There is a local boat ramp 10 minutes away in Salt Springs for a fee of $30 per boat, per day. It is a 5-mile run from Salt Springs to Lake George.

The LAKEHOUSE does not have a private dock therefore requiring removal of vessel each day. Reach out to the host with any questions.

NOTE: The marina is off-limits unless the booking guest has made arrangements before check-in with the Property Manager for boat access. Do not attempt to access the marina without the Property Manager. This is a private marina that the LAKEHOUSE has a legally binding agreement with. Liability forms MUST be signed. The ONLY way to access the M-Port Marina boat ramp is through the LAKEHOUSE Property Manager. All violators will be considered trespassing and local authorities will be notified. DO NOT jump the fence to get in or out of the Marina. There are cameras on-site.

Furry Friends: While we adore our animal pals, our place is a NO-PETS zone. However, you're welcome to bring stuffed animal friends!

Puff the Magic Dragon: No smoking indoors or outdoors, but feel free to blow bubbles outside!

Quiet Please: Let's keep the noise level friendly to our sleepy neighbors and the local nocturnal creatures. The Marion County noise ordinance is 65 db(A) from 7 am - 10 pm and 55 db(A) from 10 pm - 7 am.

No fireworks: To keep the good vibes flowing for all guests and our awesome neighbors, let's skip the fireworks on the property. Instead, dive into some chill alternatives like stargazing or soaking up the fantastic surroundings. Let’s make your stay a blast of relaxation and good times!

Sparkle Motion: Sorry, no glitter because it likes to litter. We do encourage sparkly personalities though!

Glass-Free Zone: By the pool or around the fire pit, plastic cups and laughter are the way to go.

Dive Right In (But Not Really): Please, no Olympic-style acrobatics from the hot tub to the pool. Safety first!

Hot Tub Heaven: Relax until your heart's content in the hot tub at no extra charge. It's bubbling with joy just for you!

Fireside Chats: Only burn wood in the fire pit; marshmallows for toasting are highly encouraged.

Diving Lessons Not Included: We love excitement, but let's not test gravity, no jumping off the seawall into the lake!

Neighborhood Watch: Our neighbor’s sea walls, bridge, and yards are off-limits. Their security cameras are like ninjas, so play nice

Temperature Tango: The thermostat is your new best friend. Adjust it to your comfort; coziness is our gift to you!

Noise/Vibration Control Ordinance: the use, operation or playing of any radio, as no sound plainly audible beyond the property line, enforced 24/7.
No outside music after 8 pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors. The police will ticket the guests for noise disturbances.

The LAKEHOUSE is truly the most relaxing retreat we have ever had the fortune of staying at. Every amenity you could possibly imagine or ever need, and there are no words to describe the hospitality of Rick and Angie, they go beyond to ensure your stay is everything you need and more. My family cannot wait to visit again. The house is spotless, so tastefully decorated, complete with the most amazing views of Lake George.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house near Salt Springs, just off Lake George. The home was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The spacious kitchen offered ample room for preparing delicious family meals, and it was stocked with a wide array of tools and appliances—everything from coffee (which was generously provided) to cookware.One of our favorite features was the outdoor grill area, which became the perfect gathering spot each evening as we shared stories and laughs about the day’s adventures. Silver Glen Springs was just a short boat ride away and provided us with unforgettable, sun-soaked days on the water.The house itself was tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable—clearly designed with care and attention to detail. It felt like every need was anticipated, creating a seamless and stress-free experience.A special thank you to Angie and Rick, the caretakers, who were not only extremely responsive but also went above and beyond in providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Beautiful property with plenty of room for entertaining. The fire pit was a great spot to gather around in the evening. The shallow sitting area in the pool was a hit with the younger children. And the gorgeous sunrises were an added bonus.

Heaven!!

This property is absolutely stunning in every way. We stayed for my daughter's 18th birthday with a few of her friends and the layout was perfect with the downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and bonus room and the second floor master retreat. The house was clean and well stocked with everything imaginable. Plenty of games, puzzles, a pool table and karaoke machine kept the kids (and adults) busy for the rainy days we had when we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The furnishings and linens are top of the line. The pool and hot tub are the star of the show. Hosts Angie and Rick had the hot tub warmed and ready to go for when we arrived. Angie went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special with a care package and decorations along with a card. Both Angie and Rick were very responsive to any questions we had. We felt very safe in the area even though it is quite remote. Perfect stay and we are already looking to book again for when the weather is warmer.
