This fabulous canal waterfront home has been recently updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops and an island dining area. The open floor plan overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into The Gulf of Mexico. Newly redecorated with island-style furniture, this beautiful home is one of our most popular vacation rentals.

All three bedrooms have individual en suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal. The Great Room has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house.
The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
