A short 2-minute walk puts you right on the sand, where you can soak up gentle Gulf breezes and relax by the water. Head back to the house for a refreshing dip in the pool, throw some burgers on the grill, and enjoy beach life at its best.

A convenient stroll takes you to the popular Times Square area, where you can browse the beach shops, stop for an ice cream or a cocktail at one of the beach or bayfront hot spots, or grab dinner and listen to some great music!
The entire 5 bedroom house is yours with a private pool and backyard to enjoy!

I would highly recommend Family Tides for your next trip to Ft. Myers Beach. So many good things to say...the communication with Doreen was 100% & she always replied within an hour to our questions. The house was perfect & had plenty of room & sleeping arrangements for our family. The beach is only a few minute walk which was great for our family. You are missing out if you pass up this rental...we loved it!

This house was perfect!! We had plenty of room for our group of 12 adults. We had our own pool to enjoy if we needed a break from the beach. Mom's Food Truck is located across Estero Blvd and has amazing food!! The communication was excellent! When back in Ft Meyers, we'll be booking here again!

Communication as very efficient; Doreen went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The house comes with everything you might need (it even has crib sheets!). Location is excellent: cross the street and you are at the beach, a short drive to publix and downtown, so still quiet enough. We had a great time hangout at the backyard enjoying the hearted pool and relaxing atmosphere.
Make sure you go watch the sunset.

Excellent vacation home

We had a wonderful vacations (one week) in this house, the host is very responsive and they have an accurated description of the house in the website, easy checkin process, the property has a lot of kitchen facilities, an outdoor pool where the family could spend a good time, bbq , beach accesories close to the beach ( about 3 minutes walking) it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Place - Great Location!

Our family stayed here for Spring Break 2025 and loved every minute of it! Beautiful place, lots of beds for everyone to have their own space and great location for access to the beach. Will come back!

Wonderful Stay—Easy Beach Access!

This house was perfect for our large group! We had plenty of room for each of us. The house was clean when we arrived as well. Best of all was the very close proximity to the beach! It was such an easy walk, even with our tent and chairs. What’s more, Mr. Taylor is a delight to rent from. He is attentive and kind, checking-in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our vacation here and hope to do so again in the future!

Great location and property for a large family

Our family enjoyed the location and comfort of this property. Just a walk across the street to the beach with a great access point, beach gear was even included. We appreciated the bikes, wagon, chairs, and towels. The backyard pool and patio was perfect for evenings with our kids. Plenty of beds and rooms made sleeping arrangements perfect for our large family of 8. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking necessities and equipment. Cable tv service and AC worked well. Thomas was very accommodating and even asked us what we would need that he could additionally provide before we arrived. There was a high chair and portable crib that came in handy for the baby as well. We look forward to returning!

Spring Break

Mr. Taylor was a very gracious host. The house was tidy and ready for our large group. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. We had a relaxing time out by the heated pool when were done at the beach. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

REVIEW

The house was squeaky clean and neat. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. This property has a great access and easy walk to the beach. The beach wagon was a nice extra. We would definitely return to this property.
