Chambre très propre, salle de bain aussi ! Tout le nécessaire était là. Personnel très agréable. Bon service! Belle piscine, belle terrasse. Un peu bruyant, nous étions situés à côté de l’ascenseur et de la machine à glace.

1 nuit lors d’ un Road trip! Déçu par Crowne Plaza! Le hall est peut attirant, la chambre sans plus! Pour avoir été dans des hôtels de cette chaîne ( Paris , pekin.....) plus que déçue!

Parking was terrible, especially if there was an event being held at the hotel, nowhere for people staying there to park during events! Staff not very informative on Diamond amenities, dining etc…. Missing soap in bathroom in room, had to ask 2x for it to be brought to room.

Property was in a good location & we enjoyed the pool. Need some work on the water pressure in the shower. It took a long while for the water to get hot. We reported the smoke alarm was hanging. Overall, we thought it was just "Okay". Thanks,

There was renovation being done and a change of management. Front desk service was ok shuttle to and from was good but the room had a smell and the cleaning staff was mediocre nice location to shopping and eating

From the shuttle driver, front desk, and housekeeping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again.
