I’ve stayed downtown Fortsmith many times but had not tried this hotel before. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors like in many other hotels. Very friendly staff and easy checkin.

Everything about this hotel was very nice and acceptable. The only downfall is the beds themselves. These were the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in and had a poor nights sleep. The pillows were just as bad.

The bed was very hard and uneven, I couldn't sleep at all. I really expected better.
