Welcome to Waterscape #A435

Beautiful! Waterscape is the nicest, most exquisite Family condominium complex on Okaloosa Island. One word says it all...SPECTACULAR! This is the vacation home that you have been waiting for. All the amenities, perfect location between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions--everything on your wish list!

Invite the whole family! Up to 8 people can vacation here with King-Sized bed in Master Bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and two Twin Beds in the Bunk Area. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa, if necessary.

This 4th floor, 2BR/2.5BA with Bunk features 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, Washer/Dryer, Wi-Fi, and all the extras that you would want. The large Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom are on the gulf side of the condo and have access to the huge balcony. Both the Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom have a large private Bathroom. The condo also has a large Bunk Area for the kids. The kitchen is fully-equipped with beautiful cabinets and Stainless Steel appliances that compliment the granite countertops and breakfast bar.

We love waterscape! This is our second time. This condo was our favorite. Very clean, big beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo is right next to the parking spots and elevator.

Avoid at all cost

Condo description was completely false. Condo is not newly remodeled. Dishwasher tips as its not attached, floors, walls, dishes, stove, shower was filthy, mold in shower, towel bars laying on the floor, burners disconnected on stove, air vents were covers in dirt. I have pleanty of pictures of this disaster. I email management and have yet to hear anything

Great location!

We had a great vacation! The room was great. We went to many other rooms in the unit (large family, multiple rooms) and they were all laid out similarly! We did think we had the best couch for lounging :) other units had slightly more updated decor but all very much alike! The waterscape is top notch. Have stayed there before and will continue to go back!

Was overall fun and nice. Had some issues with toilet which was fixed. The refrigerator did not work well. Kept heating up. They were not able to fix. Ice cream did not stay hard. Just stayed at soft serve.

Wonderful stay!

I was a little worried about the condo after reading the October review. However, our experience couldn’t have been further from that. The condo is being updated, the condo was clean, beds and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we had was not receiving the details of our checkin process, but that was because my email didn’t come through.

Great Location

We were very pleased with the overall experience at this property! It was clean, not having to stop at a front desk for check-in was great, and it was located within walking distant to the boardwalk! The only negative comment was that the online listing said it had an arcade/game room, but we were informed that it was no longer there.

Needs Love

This place is a hike to the pool or beach. View is the Miracle Strip and parking lot. Needs a major deep clean and upgrades. Master en suite smelled of urine, Condo smelled musty as soon as we opened the door., bought a candle to help. Had issues with water on the floor from ac and ice maker. Mgmt was very responsive with that issue. Whomever does the “extensive” cleaning needs to be evaluated. There were no check-out instructions nor any brochures of “recommendations” for the first time visitor. Not at all what we expected from this trip. I wish I could give a more positive feed back, but after this trip I will stick to Navarre.

Nice place but front desk was not helpful at all.

When I went to check in I went to the front desk and ask them which building was a because my room number was a 345. The man at the front desk told me that a 345 did not exist and that I needed to contact Vrbo to find out what my room number was. I was in a panic and thought maybe I had booked the wrong building! I contacted VRBO and they assured me that my room number was a 345. So I just picked one of the parking garage to go in hoping that it was the correct one and then I would find my room. And lo and behold my room did exist so we were able to get in. However upon looking for the gym the next day and the code needed to enter, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the front desk and the text messaging option that was given to me was not helpful at all! I was again told that my reservation couldn’t be found. We had no information in our room as to any of the amenities that the properties offered. Call Borel it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time with family. However when trying to get help with anything no one around there knew anything about anything

Property is nice, condo was clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of room! Living room is very spacious. The only thing I was disappointed in was that our balcony view was of the parking lot, not the beach but that was my oversight. I assumed looking at the photos that it had a beach view. The space makes up for it though. Short walk to the beach from the property. Get to the pool area early if you want chairs though
 but we still had fun. Overall a fun place for the kids

Easy access to condo from parking.

I loved that you could walk inside down to the pool and beach. Parking being so close was a plus. I missed having a waterfront view but we were happy with the condo.

We have stayed at Waterscapes at least 9 times - this was the worse unit and management we have ever had - the unit had broken things, we were not given the codes for wifi, gate at the driving entrance & workout area. we know not to use Best Beach management again!!!

Family fun

We all enjoyed our stay...kids enjoyed swimming activities(lazy river...rope course..and the toddler slide) and the whole family enjoyed the beach. Great location for the grills so you can use while the kids enjoy swimming activities.
