The staff was amazing. Breakfast choices were great but wish there were more waffle irons. We had a king bedroom and the bed was stiff and pillows were flat. All and all, we had a nice time

I enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was a HOT breakfast, not just some cereal in small boxes and a little milk and some donuts. The front desk had TWO people aways waiting on you. You did NOT have to wait on anyone.

Great location. Elevator can be a pain during high peak season. Pool fountain wasn’t working for us and little ones was anticipating this. My only 2 gripes. All else really good.

The breakfast unfortunately lacked flavor. Perhaps some additional elements could be introduced to enhance the experience for your guests. The coffee did not meet expectations. Royal Cup might be a suitable alternative. I would be pleased to offer five suggestions to encourage your team.
