Check-in was super easy. Loved the simple design in renovations. Terrace was lovely to chill for an evening. Everything was within walking distance and getting in and out of the apartment was easy thanks to the provided tutorial for operating the door lock.
Arrived late afternoon on a Thursday. Shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Friday, we heard water running in the bathroom and discovered the connector tube that fills the toilet tank was spraying water onto the bathroom floor. After turning off the water to the tank and drying the floor, we phoned the contact number and spoke with someone who said he didn't think he could get anyone until Monday. We waited until Monday afternoon at 12:43 p.m. and called the contact number again. Different person answered and said he would get someone out. He apologized and attributed the delay to a "training" problem. He also offered to buy us breakfast which I declined since we had cereal on hand. I suggested he provide a credit in the amount of breakfast as a start... never happened. Around 5:00 p.m., 68 hours later, it was fixed. Then another person (Fouad) sprang into action texting that someone would come fix the problem at 7:00 a.m. the next day (Tuesday). I missed the text and the guy came at 7:00 a.m. waking us up pounding on the door. So from Friday night until Monday afternoon each flush required filling the water tank with a kitchen pot in order to flush the toilet. In all of our previous stays in rental properties, when there was a problem we were able to deal directly with the owner. In this case, the home seems to be owned by a corporation and the call center representatives who, unlike owners, have no skin in the game. Also, the mattress is thin with little support (we weigh150 lbs.
Unit was very clean. Deck is awsome enjoyed hanging out on it. Was nice location to walk to downtown and ball park. Loved our stay. Host gave all information in a timely manner.
