The girl at the front desk checked us in but wasnt aware that our room wasn’t even completed. Door had been left open bed wasn’t fixed hair dryer was still out. So we went down and let her know where she had to give us an upgraded room which she wasn’t happy about. She also forgot to tell us about the times of the breakfast. We got there at 9.40 and it had already been cleaned up. We were a bit disappointed this time.

Hello I am very disappointed with my stay.
First the room smelled of onions and body odor
Second the whole first floor appears to be filled with drug addicts and alcoholics and they appear to be not just guests but more of a low rent flop house the whole facility was dirty I didn’t feel like I wanted to share the pool or the hot tub with anyone I saw staying there. I will never come back to this hotel!

Went in my room and it was a puddle of water by the air conditioning I went told the front desk and she asked me did I want some towels to clean it up

The room was not clean. Doors were filthy from hand prints. Remote was missing the back battery cover. Thermostat was also missing battery cover.

the coffee pot in the room did not work. The drain in the tub would not stay up.

Hot water is spotty The beds are really firm. Those are my only complaints. Good hotel for the price
