Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request for Netflix.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes but not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will become non-refundable.

- This home has a common area. You may see small wildlife in the common area and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (I.e. spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them as we work very hard to keep the house clean and have monthly pest/bug control.
