It was very surprising that a La Quinta could be so neglected. The entrance carpet and hallways were dirty, the elevators! Gross, looked as if someone had thrown something on the walls, filthy and worn out really embarrassing staying there. Housekeep would not even empty trash cans forget about anything else. I had to request the service and they told me they only do it every two days our stay was three but they were totally unaware that we were not on the housekeeping list. After that they went in and emptied the trash cans - that was all. We stayed in a King suite with a sofa bed that was about to fall apart, mattress needs to be replaced! It hurt my sons back, Sheets were so thin because of probably years of use that you could almost see through. Disgusting. On the other hand, the bathroom was very clean and well kept. The bedroom was clean also and the bed in very good condition and comfortable. Breakfast ok and good cofee but all together I would avoid staying there again.

This was literally the most disgusting hotel I have even stayed at. We had to switch rooms because our first one had dirty counters and toe nail clippings on the base of the lamp but the bedding was clean. In the next room the comforters were stained and there were handprints on the headboard but the counters were clean. The room was very noisy, the lobby nice but everything else was unmaintained. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough, might have spent 5 hours to sleep then rushed out. Avoid this place!

Even though I checked in online night before, I had to wait in line (30 minutes) and it took another 20 minutes for front desk to find my room keys. And then in middle of the night, loud college students were roaming the hallways and being extremely loud, they woke us all up so we did not get a good night sleep

We had a last minute room-switch that actually worked in our favor: the new room had a courtyard door that made taking the dog out forbpotty breaks 10x easier. The staff was responsive and welcoming.

The staff at the front at check in were extremely nice. But when we got to the room things were not so nice. The bathroom doors were very creaky and they did not lock at all (which really bothered our daughters). There were several bugs in the room throughout our stay ranging from a small grasshopper, beetle like bugs and at least 2 roaches. The room did get nice and cold, but the refrigerator got too cold and our drinks exploded, luckily while we were gone. We had 3 towels with 4 people staying in the room and got by with those the 1st night. We were never told that there would be no type of house keeping even just for new towels. So when we got home after the long day the dirty towels were still on the floor. When we went to the front desk to ask for 4 towels she said they were low on towels and that she could give us 2. We said we have 4 people in the room and had already shared the night before making do with 3. So she finally gave us 3 more. The breakfast was decent, they had 2 waffle makers, eggs, cereal and a few other things, but my husband said the orange juice was very watery. I wanted to like the place it was a great price and great location for us, but we will not be staying there again. Luckily we were on the 1st floor so we did not have to use the elevators so I have no idea how/if they worked.
