BEST WESTERN NE MALL NORT RICHARDS HILLS

I really recomend the best western NE North richards hills the room are clean the personel are frendly and very serviable, I was enjoying to be there and deffinitly return there if I travel in DALLAS again. 4 star service in a motel.

Would stay again

Was a huge room. Very comfortable. Just some things are outdated. But for the price you pay it is totally worth it. Would stay there again. Plenty of room and clean!!!

Not happy at all

it was booked for the wrong day tried to cancel wouldn't allow me to cancel $88 out of my pocket will never use you guys again had protection policy wasn't able to use it because something about a timeline $88 once again out of my pocket

This is a bare bones place. Our first room had a non-working heater and it was 45 degrees. We asked for a blanket and the desk curtly said NO. The next morning we were moved into a different room that had double beds (more expensive than our “king room”) and were told the price would be the same. It wasn’t. TV didn’t work. 4 times more water came out of the tub faucet than the shower head. Can’t recommend.
