Room quality was poor. Dirty sheets. Ac unit was destroyed so didn’t work correctly. Stains on furniture.

Only stayed maybe 5.5 hrs and they wouldn’t give me my deposit back, said I had to wait two more hrs of stay

Mr. John was very pleasant at check-in; he even remembered me from a previous stay. The young lady on the morning shift always greeted me warmly at the early breakfast.
